• Andrew Laird has defended clients in a variety of criminal matters involving summary, misdemeanor, and felony offenses. He has represented clients in divorce and child custody actions in Montgomery, Chester, Berks, and Bucks Counties. Additionally, he has represented businesses and business owners in prosecuting and defending a variety of disputes, including preliminary injunctions, involuntary dissolution's, breach of contract, tortuous interference with contractual relations, and other legal and equitable remedies. Andy has also represented clients in Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia Counties in matters involving real estate, contractor disputes, employment disputes, Will contests, and prosecution and defense of other civil matters. He has also represented clients in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania as both an Appellant and Appellee Attorney as well as brought and defended claims before the American Arbitration Association.
