Andrija Samardzich, Attorney

Andrija Samardzich concentrates his practice on defending motor vehicle manufacturers across the country against product liability claims involving rollover/roof-crush, crashworthiness and restraint systems.  Some of his clients include Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc., Toyota Motor Corporation, Japan and Takata Corporation.

Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Andrija was a law clerk for The Honorable Patricia K. Norris at the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One for The Honorable Patricia K. Norris.  He also worked as an Administrative Law Judge presiding over unemployment insurance appeals for the Department of Workforce Development in Indianapolis, Indiana.
