The Appellant was successful in this appeal. Krebs v Krebs Practice Area: Divorce & Separation Date: Jan 01, 2014 Outcome: Client received custody at the trial court level and this change of custody was affirmed by the Indiana Court of Appeals. Description: Successfully represented a client in modifying custody and in defending this modification to the Indiana Court of Appeals.
