Mr. Vignuolo was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rider College in 1967and a Juris Doctor Degree from Seton Hall University Law School in 1970. He wasadmitted to the New Jersey Bar and the U.S. District Court Bar in 1970. In 1978he was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Vignuolo has served as attorney for the New Brunswick Board ofAdjustment, Spotswood municipal court judge, New Brunswick municipal prosecutor,New Brunswick municipal court judge, attorney for the Milltown Planning Boardand secretary to the Middlesex County Ethics Committee. He has also served onthe Supreme Court, Committee on Urban Courts; and the Equity and JurisprudenceCommittee of the State Bar Association.
Mr. Vignuolo has also served as special counsel to the Piscataway TownshipCouncil, Edison Zoning Board, and the Mayor of Bridgewater Township.
He is presently attorney for the North Brunswick Board of Education,Middlesex County Vocational and Technical Schools, and Middlesex CountyEducational Services Commission, and is also a member of the New Brunswick,Middlesex County and New Jersey State bar associations.
Mr. Vignuolo has also represented many professionals in the formation anddissolution of their professional corporations.
His practice currently concentrates on complex civil litigation involvingcorporations, commercial matters, real estate, divorce, school and environmentallaw in both Law and Chancery courts.
He has also been repeatedly named as a discovery master, assisting the courtsin complex litigation.
Mr. Vignuolo resides in Milltown with his wife, Cynthia.
