Practice Area: Family Date: March 07, 2014 Outcome: Grandmother gained custody and adopted Description: Grandmother was seeking custody of two year old grandchild from DCF. DCF was favoring the child's foster parent. Completed discovery and trial against DCF.
Obtained sole custody for father against a mentally abusive mother. Father had previous issues involving DCF because of the mother's behavior when he was at work. Father divorced the mother in a bifurcated proceeding. Trial was successful at obtaining full custody for the father.
