Criminal defense | Case Dismissed | This case involved the stop of a vehicle for traffic violations, and resulted in a search and seizure of the client and vehicle. Officers found an illegal weapon in the car, and client was subsequently charged. In this case, we talked to witnesses, performed legal research, wrote and filed a suppression and dismissal motion. At Motions hearing, the evidence was suppressed and the case was dismissed. This is just one of many similar cases we have handled. Domestic violence | Not Guilty Verdict | Client charged with assaulting his live-in girlfriend in the city of Everett, Washington; was told by employer he would lose his job if he received any sort of conviction. After one-day jury trial, jury verdict of "not guilty" was returned. No-Contact Order dismissed DUI and DWI | Case Dismissed | Client charged with Negligent Driving 1st Degree after minor accident. BAC level .07.
