We found out he was still married only a couple months prior in another State. He had extensive Criminal History in several countrys and convictions for Sexual assaults and prison time. He did not show and left the State. Case Conclusion Date:January 1, 2011 Practice Area:Criminal Defense Outcome:Reduced down to Disoderly Conduct non D.V. Description:Couple breaking up, police called, client/Man arrested alleged slapping her and head butting breaking nose. Reduced charge to Disorderly Conduct and Deferred if no new cases 2 years drops from his record. Case Conclusion Date:January 1, 2010 Practice Area:Divorce / Separation Outcome:Fair Division of Assets to Wife Description:Client/Wife obtained the division of the parties 20 different properties much in her favor. She obtained 10 properties, mulitple assets and funds sufficient to purchase a Condo out right prior to the settlement itself, in which to reside.
