Brian J. McGoldrick, Attorney

Mr. McGoldrick began his bankruptcy career working for a bankruptcy trustee as he attended Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles from 1989 - 1993. After passing the bar he moved to the Inland Empire where he continued to practice bankruptcy as well as probate law and immigration. He is admitted to practice law in every district in California. Mr. McGoldrick moved to San Diego in 2001. He has filed over 1000 bankruptcy cases in this district since he moved here. In January, 2008, he opened the first office of San Diego Debt Relief in downtown San Diego. His success has moved him to his current expanded location.
