He serves a general legal advisor to business clients managing their legal services. Bruce's practice concentrations include business organizations and governance, commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and member relations, contracts and real estate. He is the father of three, a proud grandfatherand die-hard Packer fan.
