introduction
Buzz attended the University of Michigan-Flint, in part because he could live at home in Lapeer and be near Sarah. In his first semester, he took a logic class, and was hooked. After finishing his degree in philosophy, Sarah and Buzz got married, before Buzz entered law school in Columbus, Ohio. They lived in her grandma’s farmhouse in the surrounding area, while he commuted to law school each day.
After law school, Buzz began doing pro bono work in Port Huron, Michigan, where he gained a deep appreciation for how helping people with their estates can change lives. It would be a fulfilling career, and Buzz knew this is what he wanted to do.
Many years later, and with countless families helped, Buzz went out on his own to form The Plan Firm, a family-focused firm specializing in estate planning, elder law, estate probation and trust management.
Every member of the team is committed to providing effective plan solutions for families in St. Clair County, Michigan.
