Baretto v. Aires Columbia: (Confidential Settlement) Airplane crash in Columbia involving wrongful death and multiple injured parties. Settled at mediation. To v. Da Zhen Travel: August 22, 2013 California charter bus crash on the 210 freeway involving many injured passengers. Vititoe Law Group represents multiple injured parties in this action. Chen v. KLS Transportation et al.: (Confidential Settlement) Tractor trailer versus tractor trailer collision wherein Plaintiff's tractor trailer was rear-ended and flipped over. Chen suffered a traumatic brain injury, back injury and shoulder injury. Rafaele v. Trans-National Logistics LLC, et al.: (Confidential Settlement) Plaintiffs' vehicle was struck by a hit and run tractor trailer and flipped over onto the side of the road. Plaintiff suffered a severe traumatic brain injury requiring permanent inpatient care. Lima v. Arrow Cargo: (Pending) Airplane dropped a turbine jet engine on the town of Manaus, Brazil while in flight, causing extensive property damage and personal injury to the town members. Costa Concordia: (Pending) The cruise liner Costa Concordia crashed off the coast of Italy injuring and killing many passengers. Vititoe Law Group represents multiple injured parties in this action.
