He is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Ohio. Casey has been engaged in the practice of law for the past 32 years. The focus of his practice has always been litigation and he has successfully defended and prosecuted thousands of lawsuits during the course of his career. He has extensive experience in the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury law (including auto, boat and motorcycle accidents), criminal defense law (including serious felonies and DUI’s) and all aspects of family law (including but not limited to divorce, child custody and support and spousal support). Attorney Daganhardt manages his practice of law with the firm in such a manner that he can give each individual client’s case the time and attention it deserves in order to obtain a just and proper result.
