Case Conclusion Date: September 22, 2006 Practice Area: Criminal Defense Outcome: 12 yr flat sentence Description: Accused of kidnapping, 2 counts of first degree sex assault, There was DNA evidence in the case. Kidnap caries a mandatory 25 year sentence without parole, each of the rapes carried a maximum of 20 years on each count. After a two week trial, Defendant was sentenced to 12 yr term with no parolee ineligibility meaning that he could be out in five years.
