Charles L. "Chuck" Morgan, Jr. has been representing the drinking driver and the criminally accused for over 30 years. Although his practice is based in Charlotte, NC he has represented clients in 20 of North Carolina's 100 counties, the State of Texas on a probation violation case pro hac vice, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Detroit Division (Federal drug conspiracy case), the US District Court for Southern District of West Virginia,  Charleston Division (Federal drug conspiracy case)and represented a client before federal Grand Juries across NC & SC in a federal school lunch milk bid-rigging case.
