Introduction: | Mr. Singewald is a partner in the Litigation Department. He counsels and assists national, corporate clients in the resolution of complex cases through the use of negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation from our Wilmington, Delaware office. Mr. Singewald's practice focuses on complex civil litigation arising from environmental/toxic tort, product liability, professional malpractice, discrimination, and business/corporate disputes. In his complex civil litigation practice, Mr. Singewald has successfully defended manufacturers, distributors and suppliers of automobiles, chemicals, drugs, household products, industrial equipment, and medical devices in high stakes cases involving serious injury or death. Mr. Singewald's civil practice has also involved the representation of manufacturers, creditors and insurance companies in bankruptcy-related litigation. Mr. Singewald received his B.A. in 1991 from the University of Richmond and his J.D. in 1994 from The John Marshall Law School, where he served as Executive Articles Editor for The John Marshall Journal of Computer and Information Law. Mr. Singewald is licensed to practice in Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois and the District of Columbia. Mr. Singewald is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, the Northern District of Illinois and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Defense Counsel of Delaware and the Delaware State Bar Association. |
