She graduated from Appalachian State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice. Cyndi received her Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law in 2002. She was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar that same year and moved to Charlotte to begin her career. Cyndi is also a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association and North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers.
