Before Mr. Miller founded the firm, he worked in the securities and brokerage industry serving as a financial advisor and principal for several firms, which equipped him with years of invaluable experience in the securities industry. Mr. Miller brings this experience to the firm in representing individual investors and corporations against brokerage and bank giants in such areas as securities fraud, disputes, churning, manipulation, breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation and unauthorized trading practices - through FINRA arbitration and State and Federal litigation.
