A substantial part of Mr. Maldonado’s practice involves the analysis and litigation of complex insurance coverage issues. Mr. Maldonado is one of two associate authors for Couch On Insurance 3d, a nationally recognized authoritative treatise on insurance law.
Mr. Maldonado has significant experience in handling the investigation and litigation of complex employment law matters. He has represented both private and public sector clients regarding Title IX (civil rights), Title VII, The Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age and Employment Discrimination Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Section 1983 claims, and the Arizona Civil Rights Act. Mr. Maldonado also has developed for various firm clients complete employment programs including the development of employer specific employee manuals, drug testing policies and other transactional employment services.
