Daniel C. Symonds is Of Counsel with Blake, Kirchner, Symonds, Larson, Kennedy & Smith, P.C. He is a trial attorney specializing in liability defense of corporate clients, insurers and individuals in:

Mr. Symonds represents clients throughout Michigan. Although his litigation practice is diverse, his practice centers around the Michigan Automobile No Fault Act. Mr. Symonds represents clients in both first party and third party matters pursuant to the act.

With an undergraduate degree in Finance from Indiana State University, Mr. Symonds earned his law degree from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Symonds is a member of the Metropolitan Detroit Bar Association, the Negligence and Labor and Employment Law sections of the Michigan Bar Association and the International Association of Defense Trial Counsel. He also sits as a Defense Mediator with the Wayne County Mediation Tribunal and on various Arbitration Panels.
