In addition, he has also prosecuted and defended numerous wrongful termination, sexual harassment and business law cases.
Mr. Lederer received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Syracuse University, Crouse-Hinds School of Management in 1989 as well as his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University in 1992. Mr. Lederer is an active member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Consumer Trial Attorneys Association.
