| Introduction: | David William Merritt is a 2005 magna cum laude graduate of Assumption College and a 2008 graduate of New England School of Law.
While attending law school, Attorney Merritt served in The Student Bar Association and, during his final year, was elected by his peers to serve as that organization's Vice President. In that role Attorney Merritt served on the school's Executive Committee, Budget Committee and was the student representative on the school's Discipline Committee. After passing the Massachusetts Bar Examination in July 2008, Attorney Merritt accepted an associate's position with Dolan Connly. His practice is focused in real estate, civil and criminal litigation and employment law. Attorney Merritt devotes a significant amount of time to the Dorchester community. He is a member of The Adams Village Business Association, The Ashmont Adams Neighborhood Association, and The Dorchester Board of Trade. Through these organizations Attorney Merritt helps to improve the community and business prosperity of Dorchester. Attorney Merritt currently resides in Mansfield, Massachusetts. | ||||||||||||
