Diane Kliem | Victoria Estate Lawyer

Diane is a lifetime Victorian, residing in the Mission Valley area of Victoria for more than 30 years. She and her husband of 30 plus years, Herman, also have a construction company and have raised two children, Breanna and Hunter, who also reside in Victoria. More recently, a daughter-in-law, Kalyn, a son-in-law, Zac, and grandsons, William, Max and Zane were welcomed to the immediate family.

After graduating from the University of Houston-Victoria with a degree in accounting and becoming a Certified Public Accountant, Diane was employed as a Controller/Human Resource Manager for two different CMC Steel Group Companies in Victoria for several years. Diane then attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas to receive her law degree, while working part time for a local law firm.   Diane’s primary practice areas of law are in the areas of estate planning (wills and trusts), business law, family law, probate, real estate and employment law.

Community involvement is very important to Ms. Kliem. She has served in the past as an officer in the Mission Valley PTO, Memorial High School Football Booster Club, and Victoria County Aggie Mothers Club and on the Board of Directors for Crime Stoppers of Victoria. She is currently an officer of Victoria Professional Express Network and an active member of the Victoria Chapter of CPAs, Victoria Chamber of Commerce, Northside Rotary, Associated Builders and Contractors and the Victoria Bar Association. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Victoria Area Estate Planning Council.

Opening a law firm about 5 years ago is the latest achievement for Ms. Kliem. Growth has been tremendous thanks to the area community. Kliem & Associates currently employ two other attorneys and seven staff persons. Kliem & Associates is very proud to provide quality legal services to Victoria and surrounding counties.
