My most impressive win was in Federal Court in San Diego. 18 men were charged witih a riot in the immigration Detention Center. At the trial, I made a scale model of the cell black and convinced the jury that my cleint was not involved. I obtained the only acquittal on all four counts. (Of course your coutcome may be different, based upon the facts of your case.) I have conducted more than a 100 jury trials and numerous appeals to the Nevada Supreme Court.
