Duane C. Gilkey, Attorney

Mr. Gilkey has extensive experience representing local, regional and national employers in all phases of labor and employment law. His practice deals with all federal and state laws affecting the employer-employee relationship including employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, federal contract compliance, occupational safety and health, wage and hour, unfair labor practices, collective bargaining and labor arbitration.
