Duncan C. Turner, Attorney

Practice and Experience

Mr. Turner is a trial lawyer whose practice includes commercial litigation and arbitration; patent, trademark and copyright infringement litigation; professional liability claims; product liability claims; securities litigation; and probate and trust litigation. Mr. Turner is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in the State of Washington and the State of Mississippi, in the U.S. Claims Court, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S. Tax Court and before the Internal Revenue Service.

Professional Qualifications

Mr. Turner is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, and the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Turner received his Juris Doctorate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi in 1990 and concurrently received a Masters of Business Administration degree. Mr. Turner received his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy, West Point, in 1974.

Community and Civic Activities

Mr. Turner is a former Chair of the Commercial Litigation Section of the Washington State Trial Lawyers' Association. He has been active in the Chief Seattle Council of the Boy Scouts of America and the Shoreline Arts Council. He serves on the governing body of Lake Forest Park Presbyterian Church and is active in its ongoing programs. An avid musician and singer, Mr. Turner has performed with amateur, scholastic and semi-professional ensembles in the Seattle area.
