About Eric

Eric Snyder is a transactional attorney and represents a wide variety of individuals, partnerships, and various small and medium-sized businesses. Mr. Snyder handles a diverse range of legal matters including the negotiation and preparation of real estate purchase and sale contracts, easements, licenses, construction contracts, loan documents, leases, landlord-tenant issues and evictions, entity formation, foreign investments and real property acquisition in Mexico by foreign nationals, and permitting and compliance matters for medical and surgical centers and doctor's offices.

Before joining his former colleagues Phillip Larson and Michael Bushell, Mr. Snyder was a junior partner at a small real estate law firm in the Denver Technological Center area of Denver, and an associate attorney at a mid-sized 17th Street law firm in Denver.

Prior to entering law school and becoming an attorney, Mr. Snyder worked for the National Park Service (NPS) in Yosemite National Park, Sequoia-Kings Canyon National Parks, and Mt. Rainier National Park.  During Mr. Snyder's career with the NPS, he was responsible for the successful removal of many leaking Underground Storage Tanks (USTs), environmental remediation of contaminated soil and ground water, the development and implementation of water quality monitoring programs, and the continued operation during all seasons of multiple air quality monitoring stations throughout the parks.  Mr. Snyder assisted with environmental compliance matters and acted as a liaison between the U.S. Department of Interior and the State of California regarding compliance with air and water quality laws and regulations. Mr. Snyder also served as an environmental analyst and technical writer for an environmental consulting company in San Diego, California.

Mr. Snyder has served on the Boards of Directors for various Special Districts and is actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America.  In his free time, Mr. Snyder enjoys spending time with his family, children and friends, mountain biking, fishing, skiing, ceramics and exploring the mountains of Colorado.
