Estate of A.E. - Family Member Taking Estate Property Outcome: Settlement resulting in deceased's wishes in will being honored, all items returned to estate, and family member taking items not allowed to profit from bad acts. Uncontested Estate Administration Outcome: We reduced the client's stress and anxiety by taking the entire burden of settling the estate away from her and successfully managed the estate for her.
