As a former Family Court Judge, Law Clerk for a Supreme Court Judge, Assistant District Attorney and adjunct Professor of Law, Ettore (Ed) Simeone has excellent legal experience in the areas of Matrimonial/Family Law and Criminal Law having done such work in the above mentioned capacities. Ed has been in private practice for almost 8 years specializing in Matrimonial/Family matters where he is able to expertly navigate them through the Court system during a very trying time.  

As a Family Court Judge, Mr. Simeone presided over thousands of cases involving custody and visitation, paternity, child support, enforcement of child support, and domestic violence, Orders of Protection, abuse and neglect, juvenile delinquency, termination of paternal rights, foster care and all other Family Court issues. Many of the decisions of Judge Simeone are published and have influenced precedence in relation to New York Family Law issues.
