The Law Office of Bradley S. Freedberg, P.C., is an attorney’s office emphasizing the advocacy of victims’ rights against those who do harm, and who by negligence, recklessness or intention cause significant damage to innocent victims and their families.

Our Mission is to provide each client with the highest degree of service and professional care. Because we are a small office, we provide each client with direct, individual care from our attorneys, and from Bradley S. Freedberg, our founder. Instead of dealing with support staff and paralegals exclusively, each client maintains direct contact with Mr. Freedberg and our contract associates. Mr. Freedberg manages each client’s case, and is accessible by each client of our office. All phone calls and inquiries are returned promptly. Client care and consideration, along with the highest degree of professional competency, is our commitment to each client.

Mr. Freedberg and our office maintain outstanding relations with the insurance adjuster community and the defense bar. Through honesty, and realistic and pragmatic advocacy, our office has been able to achieve positive results for our clients. Most cases are settled after investigation and work-up, and for those which are litigated, Mr. Freedberg takes a lead trial role. Throughout the entire claims process, clients are continuously advised of status, and all decisions concerning claim presentation and the initiation of litigation, if necessary, are made by the client after consultation with Mr. Freedberg and our office.
