"Mr Williams has a very kind and welcoming demeanor. However, communication to me lacked. Questions and emails went unanswered for weeks. His paralegals comment to me was that he is overwhelmed with a very important case. ( apparently mine wasn't as important). Being that I've never been in a court case, I expected a walk thru of the process with the actions and consequences thereof. That's what I was paying them $350 an hour for. Or so I had thought. I expected legal advice. I expected an explanation of the legal processes which took placed. If you do this...then this.... Would have been appreciated. What I received was a kind listening ear and a smile back. Very little to no legal advice! In court, he skimmed through his notes while waiting for court to start. Not even aware of the latest email I had sent him the day before. He appeared very kind, timid and respectful to the judge. Bottom line. I Learned big time that I'm just as capable as this attorney to do what was done/ not done. I would not recommend this attorney if you want legal advice, especially in a court trial. If you want a kind listening ear and a nod, then this is your man! Go to mediation and save yourself time and money."

"Maybe they are all learning from each other. Just like his use to be lawyer buddy Joshua Parrett. I swear this dude has no clue! I would call him for days, weeks would go by and my e-mails, text messages and voicemail still would go unanswered. He's HORRIBLE!!! I'm still trying to figure out, why do Attorneys like him represent people? If they are not WILLING, ABLE and COMPETANT enough to handle the load, then give back your license to the Virginia state Bar. It's that freaking simple. There was even times when I had to remind him of what my case about because he ALWAYS seemed lost and uninterested, and unorganized. He had such a lack of respect for clients time, he thought, well since he was an Attorney that his clients should chase him down. No! That's not how it works. You freaking got the money to represent someone, then do you freaking job! He is a moron and that's why I had to get another Attorney......JOSHUA PARRETT does not return calls, e-mail. Text messages, fax, snail mail, voicemail, messenger mail, IM's and the all the above and for this....he gets 5 THUMBS DOWN!!!!! Please, please do yourself a favor, do not even pick up the phone and call this moron. HE IS USELESS. You're better off spending your money on someone who is more experience than he is. Especially since he just received his license in 2007. So go figure..."
