Gary Kramer | Colorado Springs Employment Lawyer

I represent employers and employees in state and federal courts and in administrative proceedings, including those before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor (including the Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and the Colorado Civil Rights Division. I have advised clients and litigated cases involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, and wrongful discharge, among others. I also have experience handling government investigations, and in conducting internal investigations. I am also trained to facilitate resolution of employment complaints as a neutral mediator.

I am dedicated to helping businesses effectively manage a broad range of risks and challenges posed by the full spectrum of employment laws, regulations and rules. While I am prepared to try a case to conclusion when warranted, I more often advise and counsel clients for effective compliance and litigation avoidance in matters of compensation, workplace policies, hiring practices, reductions in force and termination, performance management, and employment agreements.
