    * Out-of-court restructuring and liquidation of numerous businesses with significant creditor claims.
    * Representation of unsecured and secured creditors pre-bankruptcy and in bankruptcy litigation, such as in preference actions.
    * Counsel to technology companies regarding corporate structure, capitalization, finance transactions, intellectual property matters, employee terminations, owner and shareholder disputes, operational conflicts and vendor/customer disputes.
