About Geoffrey

Mr. Huling is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department.  He represents clients in both state and federal courts and before government agencies in the Philadelphia region and throughout New Jersey. 

His practice encompasses the resolution of all types of business disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.  Mr. Huling's work involves a great variety of matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder litigation and appellate representation.  As a former law clerk for a New Jersey Chancery Judge, Mr. Huling also possesses a strong foundation in the practice of equity.

Mr. Huling received his B.A. from Harvard University in 1991.  He received his J.D., with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden in 1994, where he served as Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal.  Mr. Huling is licensed to practice before all state courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  He is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
