In the last year alone I have obtained 2 "Not Guilty" verdicts in DWI cases for my clients. Many lawyers say they will fight for their clients, but it is more important to know how to go all the way to trial and win. I have a proven track record of success in these kinds of cases.

I have learned how to build a successful practice over the last 15 years by focusing on the most important part of the job -- listening to the client's needs first. I pride myself on making sure the client is always able to get in touch with me to discuss their needs. I try to return every phone call the exact same day, or the next day at the latest. The number 1 complaint I hear from clients who have left other lawyers and come to me for help is that their lawyer would not return their phone calls. If you don't communicate with your client, you cannot possibly establish a god attorney-client relationship.

I always provide potential clients a free phone consultation. After hearing what my clients need help with, I explain to them in simple easy to understand terms exactly what their options are in the case. I also give them a solid estimate on what the fees are likely to be to handle their case. For the average person, dealing with an unexpected legal problem is a very scary and intimidating process. I want them to leave that phone call with a sense of reassurance that there is someone out there ready to help them with their problem in the future.

What differentiates me from other lawyers is my breadth of knowledge and experience. I handle a variety of cases, such as family law, criminal law, personal injury, bankruptcy, and probate law. I have handled many cases where a client has had to deal with 2 or more of these issues at the same time. I do not have to get on the phone to check with another lawyer to see how these areas of law go together. I already understand how they interact. Knowing how these areas of the law all work together can give me a distinct advantage over the other lawyer I am dealing with on the other side.
