Introduction: | Since 1975 I have been practicing in all phases of dissolution of marriage matters, including litigation, appeals, mediations, and limited scope representation. I have appeared in courts in Contra Costa, Alameda, Solano and San Francisco Counties, the First District Court of Appeal in San Francisco, and the California Supreme Court.
I have been a leader in the application of technology to reducing the costs of representation and increasing the ease of communication with clients. At the inception of the Internet I wrote an explanatory column for the monthly publication of the Contra Costa Bar Association. I use the Internet extensively for client communication, including document transmission. I was elected a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Lawyers in 2005, and follow their strict ethical guidelines in representing family law clients. | ||||||||
