Harvey R. Spiegel, Attorney

A native of Columbus, Georgia, Harvey attended the University of Michigan for  undergraduate studies, graduating in 1975 with a degree in biology with high distinction. He then continued his education at The University of Michigan Law School, graduating cum laude in 1979.

Harvey began his career defending medical malpractice and products liability suits with a large national firm located in Chicago, Illinois. He moved to Georgia in 1985 when the firm opened a branch office in Atlanta. In 1990, Harvey changed the focus of his practice to representing individuals injured as a result of medical malpractice or defective products.

His background in science and his extensive legal experience handling complex medical malpractice and products liability suits has resulted in maximum recoveries for his clients. He has been involved in numerous cases resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.
