After spending several years working with the Sixth Judicial Circuit’s Administrative Office of the Courts in various court divisions, I joined a national consumer bankruptcy law firm.
For four years, I managed several of the firm’s offices in Tampa and Orlando, filing literally thousands of cases under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. As a result, I am very familiar with the bankruptcy process, the courts, trustees, and their attorneys.
