Federal laws that prohibit housing discrimination on the basis of race or color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status or disability. If you leave the United States and stay away for more than a year, you risk losing your green card.

The licensee is said to 'own' the rights granted in the license and is referred to as a copyright owner.
