J. Daniel Ennis, Attorney

J. Daniel Ennis received his Bachelor of Science from Auburn University in 1964 and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida in 1971, where he was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, Phi Alpha Delta and Moot Court.  Mr. Ennis also served honorably as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy from 1964-69.  Mr. Ennis gained extensive trial experience as an Assistant United States Attorney, Southern District of Florida from 1971-1978.  His practice areas include civil litigation, general liability, premises liability, products liability and construction defect litigation.  He is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Florida, as a member of the trial bar of the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Ennis served as a Member of the Fifth Judicial District Nominating Committee from 1980-1984 and was appointed by Senator Bob Graham to the Merritt Island Library.
