Mr. Jack D. Clark, Lawyer

Jack Clark has a broad range of experience in legal matters, having practiced law in two states: Washington and Alaska. He resides in Everett, WA.

He handled cases of all description in Fairbanks, then Anchorage, Alaska. His current practice includes the representation of clients in Snohomish, Skagit, Island, and Whatcom Counties. Mr. Clark bills out his travel time to these counties at only half-rate.

Mr. Clark is a member in good standing in the Washington State Bar Association, the Snohomish County Bar Association, the Washington State Association for Justice, and the Alaska Bar Association.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degrees in General Social Sciences with a major in Sociology and a minor in Forestry from Oregon State University. He has a Master of Science Degree in Public Affairs at the University of Oregon. He was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

Mr. Clark served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps in Vietnam and was awarded the Bronze Star, Army Commendation Medal for Achievement, and Army Commendation Medal for Service.

Mr. Clark has one child, a son studying Political Science at the University of Oregon.

Mr. Clark enjoys foreign travel, fishing, camping, and gardening. He is currently involved in the construction of a fishing cabin in Kenai, Alaska, with friends and family.

Katie Schwab is a paralegal and legal assistant to Mr. Clark. Ms. Schwab holds an Associate of Technical Arts degree in Paralegal Studies from Edmonds Community College. Ms. Schwab has developed expertise in the preparation and administration of personal injury claims and settlements. She has expanded her practice scope to become experienced in family law and estate planning.

Ms. Schwab resides with her husband and two sons. She enjoys skiing, boating, and camping.
