James G. Brennan, Attorney

James G. Brennan is Senior Counsel at Cooper Erving & Savage LLP, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of Trust and Estate Planning and Administration and Elder Law.  Mr. Brennan attended Albany Law School Union University and graduated cum laude.  While at Albany Law School, Mr. Brennan was a member of the Law Review and the Justinian Society.  He is a cum laude graduate of Fordham University.  Mr. Brennan is admitted in New York State and the U.S. District Court Northern District of New York and is a member of the Albany County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
