James Flood represents and counsels clients in a wide range of legal matters. He is well known in the suburban Philadelphia area for his representation of clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others, those involved in family law disputes, and individuals charged with crimes.

His personal injury experience ranges from small slip or trip and fall, and automobile cases to catastrophic injury cases. He takes great pride in the individual attention given to each case, no matter how small or large. In the past he has settled three cases well in excess of one million dollars. He has represented innumerable clients in cases that have resolved in excess of $100,000.

His family law practice encompasses all aspects of custody, support, alimony, and equitable distribution litigation. Mr. Flood is able to zealously represent the interests of his client, while keeping in mind the emotional and financial cost of litigating these often sensitive issues.

Receiving his undergraduate degree from Miami University in 1981 and his law degree from The Capital University in 1984 has provided a solid foundation upon which a successful law practice has been built.
