In the last year I have had several trials that went very well for my clients. One was a bankruptcy dischargeability trial that we won. Our case involved some interesting legal questions which were litigated in the federal bankruptcy court. We soundly defeated our opponent and won the day.

Clients need to look for someone who is honest and competent. The lawyer must have both of those qualities to be successful.

Local knowledge, such as knowing the judge, is very important.

In a phone conversation, I usually provide basic ideas about how to deal with issues within the case. I will often cover fees and other basics as well.
