Introduction: | A native of Lansing, Michigan, Ms. McIntyre's practice is focused in Public Finance and Public Law. She has had extensive involvement in transactions where Lewis & Munday has served as bond counsel, borrower's counsel and underwriter's counsel on Michigan, Connecticut and Missouri transactions encompassing a variety of financing structures. Before joining Lewis & Munday, Ms. Mcintyre was employed with the State of Michigan for 12 years, working for the Michigan Department of Human Services and the Michigan Department of Treasury's Michigan Municipal Bond Authority. While maintaining employment with the State of Michigan, she attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School as an honors scholarship recipient; served as an Ingham County, Michigan, 30th Circuit Court judicial clerk; and served as a legislative assistant to Representative Michael C. Murphy, 68th District, Michigan House of Representative. In addition, Ms. Mcintyre studied in Florence, Italy through the University of San Diego School of Law Foreign Study Program. Ms. Mcintyre is very passionate about her family. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, basketball (as a spectator) and interior design. |
