Jasmina Richter, an associate with the firm, practices in the areas of commercial litigation, professional liability litigation, public entity law, and construction law. Jasmina received a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from Pennsylvania State University in 2002. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law where she graduated with Honors in 2005. During law school, Jasmina represented a client in immigration court, was a member of the Intellectual Property Program, the Asylum and Human Rights Clinic, and the Criminal Law Clinic. Her article entitled "Distinctly Delineated Fictional Characters That Constitute The Story Being Told: Who Are They And Do They Deserve Separate Copyright Protection?" has been accepted for publication in the 2006 Spring issue of Vanderbilt's Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. Jasmina is admitted to practice in Arizona. |
