Mr. Wolford is primarily responsible for Trial & Appellate Resources’ case sourcing and sales and marketing efforts.  In addition, Mr. Wolford works as part of the company’s underwriting team.

Prior to the founding of Trial & Appellate Resources, Mr. Wolford was an accomplished attorney with over 13 years of litigation experience.  Throughout his years of practice Mr. Wolford has litigated numerous cases in both state and federal courts.  In 2005 Mr. Wolford co-founded the firm of Liberson & Wolford, which focused on complex plaintiff side litigation.  Prior to forming Liberson & Wolford, Mr. Wolford practiced law at several San Francisco law firms and specialized in defending large corporations and businesses in a wide array of civil litigation matters.  Mr. Wolford has leveraged that experience to assist plaintiffs in employment, insurance, products liability, premises liability, maritime, and real estate matters.
