    Mr. Kearney was born on August 8, 1948 in Galveston, Texas.  He is a 1971 graduate of Texas Christian University, and received his J.D. from Baylor University Law School in 1972.  He is licensed to practice in the following courts:

  • United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas
  • United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth, Sixth and Tenth Circuits
  • Supreme Court for the United States of America
