Jennifer Brown | Tempe Family Law Lawyer

Jennifer Brown, JD, MA has worked in private legal practice, as a litigator and negotiator, representing large corporate clients since 2005.  She has over 16 years of professional work experience serving both non-profit and governmental entities.  Jennifer previously worked as a case manager for the elderly with the City of Phoenix and learned first-hand the importance of end of life planning.  While working as a Retirement Officer for the Arizona State Retirement System Jennifer advanced her skills in helping guide families in making important financial decisions.

As a community organizer and family services consultant Jennifer developed substantial experience in helping clients during stressful times.  She has had extensive training in the areas of elder law, conflict resolution, crisis intervention and consensus building over the past 16 years.  Jennifer treats every client with respect and integrity.

Jennifer is admitted in both Arizona state and federal courts and has appeared in Justice and Superior Courts throughout Arizona.  She is also admitted to practice in the Pascua Yaqui and Tohono O’Odham Nation Tribal Courts.  Jennifer is a member of the Pima and Maricopa County Bar Associations and the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.

Jennifer earned her J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota.  She also holds a M.A. in organizational management from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in political science from the University of North Dakota.
