TN State Lawyer Additional Information: Bio: Porth Law is focused on civil litigation in the areas of family law to include adoption, divorce, custody, and paternity issues; personal injury; conservatorships and guardianships; contested probate matters; and Social Security/VA appeals. Before becoming an attorney, I was employed by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs as a disability claims examiner and adjunct hearing officer and was a post-certified law enforcement officer. My prior career experience has provided me with invaluable insight and knowledge in aggressively investigating, analyzing, preparing for, and presenting my client's cases. Serving my community has always been an important part of my life, and I remain active in doing this as a member of the Lebanon Breakfast Rotary club as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Wilson County United Way and as a founding member and current Director on the Board of the Wilson County Emergency Services Rehabilitation Association which provides on-scene support for all first responders in Wilson County.
