Jeremy W. Faith, a member of the Firm since 2006, concentrates his legal expertise on corporate insolvency, bankruptcy litigation and bankruptcy trustee representation.  Since joining the Firm in 2000, Jeremy's practice has focused on representing creditors, corporate debtors in reorganization and liquidation matters, parties to corporate work-outs and bankruptcy trustees.  Jeremy's clients represent varied industries including retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers and service providers.
